Colin Cesvette, holds many titles but focuses on one digital objective and that is to increase user experience and return on investment while taking advantage of technology advancements and implement effective strategies that target business goals.

Having worked with a variety of corporates including Samsung, KPMG, American Express, Reed Elsevier, Nissan, IPC and the BBC with budgets in excess of 2 million the project goals cover digital transformation to increase user experience and customer retention while identifying competitive advantages that adhere to the project KPI’s and critical success factors.

As a believer in all things digital the approach to delivering digital success should target defining a multichannel digital solution as a conceptual model supported by a digital strategy enabling the selection and management of the technology platform key in meeting speed to market, customer engagement and customer retention.

Roles & Responsibilities

January 2018 - Now Samsung Electronics - Digital Programme Manager As the Digital Programme Manager for Samsung Electronics Europe, I ensure projects are delivered within scope, on time, within budget and to the highest standards. In my role I also ensure all project reports are on a regular basis and timely fashion while establishing the Digital Programme Management disciplines required across the digital marketing teams driving processes and efficiencies.

I also support Samsung Electronics Europe appointed agencies and all cross functional teams in digital (i.e. Analytics, Acquisition, CRM/Retention/Loyalty, Customer Experience and Innovation, Platforms, Retail/PurePlayer, B2C and B2B, Direct to consumer e-commerce, etc.) focusing on functionality, user experience and retention across brand, PR, CMI and retail.
